Dance
My dance journey began when I was two years old. I became a competitive dancer at eight and danced in a studio until my senior year of high school. In high school, I was on the Golden Brigade, the dance team, for 3 years.
Dancing Young
When I was two years old, I started dancing at a small studio in my hometown of Corpus Christi, TX. I was just a studio dancer until the age of eight.
Dancing Competitively
At age 8, I began dancing competitively. I competed with many large and small groups. I also competed in many specialty dances, including trios, duets, and solos.
Golden Brigade
During my 8th-grade year, I tried out for the Golden Brigade and started my drill team journey. I continued into my sophomore year but then took a break during my junior year to focus on theatre. I joined again in my senior year when I could confidently balance both.
